If various cutting targets are not much of a challenge for a particular sword, you can always up the ante and increase the difficulty, for example by using a large two-handed dao or greatsword with one hand... your weak hand.
Some designs are more challenging to cut cleanly with, while others are forgiving to the point where they almost start slashing by themselves. Two of the swords in this video are definitely such an example.
