If you share a car with someone else, switching between phones can be frustrating with most wireless CarPlay adapters. In this video I test two budget multi-user wireless adapters — the Sipery and PTGTO — to see how well they switch between devices and how they perform compared to bigger brands.
Both adapters support switching between two phones (iPhone or Android), but which one performs better for wireless CarPlay and Android Auto? I test boot speed, switching speed, call quality, GPS performance, Wi-Fi signal strength and real-world usability in the car.
