Infant sensory stimulation videos make some big claims around the benefits they provide to babies and young children. Some claim to improve brain development, eye tracking, improve co-ordination, and more.

But do these sensory stimulation videos actually deliver on their big promises? In this video we'll look at the evidence to understand whether or not these claims are valid, and what these videos actually do for your baby.

Given that the American Academy of Pediatrics recommend no screen time at all for babies under 18 months of age, this one will be interesting.
