There is nothing to stop you starting to draw right now. Get a pen or pencil or anything that can make a mark and draw something now, even if it's on the back of an envelope or a cornflakes packet.
To get good at drawing takes a bit of practice. No one is expecting you to be a genius straight off, but they will respect you for trying.
The only thing that is stopping you from drawing right now, is your confidence and self image. Drawing will build that self image into something great. Confidence is just the decision to do something now and follow through.
