But there's also nothing like fasting to remind you of God's strength. Because in a fast, you feel weak. And it's almost as if God is reminding you of the reality that is always in play. The problem is too big for you. The battle is too intense for you. You need the help of Almighty God. In fact, you were designed to call on him and get his help. It's the way you set it up. It's the way that he loves to do it. He wants to move. Empower in your life.
