"You should work on your confidence. Have you considered executive presence coaching? You need to lean in more. Let's get you some support for your imposter syndrome."

What looks like care is shifting responsibility. The injury comes from a biased promotion process, a toxic team dynamic, a leadership that looks the other way. You are handed the diagnosis and asked to fix it inside yourself. Meanwhile the actual problem stays exactly where it was.
