Well THEKINGOFHATEVLOGS does it again and right on time like usual. This time he has been caught with two tickets, and one of them happens to be a major traffic violation of speeding through a school area when the lights are flashing(which technically means that the driver must slow down, but obviously Phil was not wearing his glasses like he was supposed to, otherwise he would have plainly seen that clear as day).
Obviously Darksydephil does what he does best, not owning up to the fact its his fault for running through traffic, but instead shifts the blame onto the state and making up a conspiracy that they are out to get him for an out of state license plate, when it is standard protocol no matter where your from.
