Well guess what happened this time? DSPGaming(aka Darksydephil), decides hes too lazy to buy a new graphics card and change it, which would be easy and cheap. But instead decides to beg his fans to just buy him a new gaming pc, because he is just to lazy to do a youtube search, or ask his fans on his forum site for help, and do the work required to take out the outdated graphics chip and replace it with a new one.

By the way Mightyfurtado did build Phil his PC back in April 2011 which at the time this setup would actually have been considered high quality or even mid-high quality back then. But obviously Phil lacks common sense more than most people.
