I have no apologies- the V60 is the GOAT. Now, of course, this does not invalidate your favorite dripper. This is a video I wanted to make to showcase my favorite brewer. If you prefer another brewer, great! But when it boils down to accessibility, simplicity, intuitiveness, etc, the Hario V60 is hard to beat. There are many imitators, but only one OG.
