I'm quite positive there will be many comments bemoaning the fact I did not include their exact set up here, but I did my best to use representative grinders to cast the widest net possible so you can deduce conclusions on your own! By going over a handful of electric and manual grinders with regards to their performance with espresso, I hope I was able to illustrate the small gap between performance and to aide those with FOMO or GAS in their decision making processes. Remember- the most important thing is the coffee itself!
