You can now enable this setting which you couldn't before, and you should!

Windows has actually had the "Smart App Control" feature for a long time, it's an extremely powerful security setting that protects you against malicious software. But until now, you couldn't enable the feature except shortly after you do a clean install of Windows. And also, if you had turned it off, you couldn't re-enable it. But with the latest windows update, you finally can turn the feature on and off at will. So there is no reason not to enable it!
