Today I'm at Gizzard Fest in Potterville, Michigan, and I am a contestant in their annual gizzard eating contest! The contestant who finishes 2lbs of pressure cooked breaded chicken gizzards wins! First place gets $100 cash, second place gets a $30 gift card, and third place gets a $10 gift card.
