Today I'm at the Clifton Mill in Clifton, Ohio, attempting their Pancake Challenge! Challengers have a one sitting time limit to finish two of their giant, plate sized pancakes. Winners receive a free pancake for finishing! If you are unsuccessful, you take home leftovers.
