Sometimes the smallest, silliest moments create the biggest connections.

I’ll walk around at lunch with a clipboard giving kids “points” for the most random things—pizza techniques, playground skills, even their weird lunch creations.

None of it actually counts.

But what DOES count is this:
Kids feel seen. Kids feel noticed. Kids feel like they matter.

And sometimes… that’s everything.
