finally, something from me that isn't animash! this video has been a long time coming, as i adore these two and this show in general. it's my favorite show right now along with friends and parks&rec. yes i am a sitcom junkie and i'm owning that. this show has always provided me great comfort and a sense of friendship, and while i started off being iffy about this couple, i truly learned to love them. the way they go from hating each other to being totally in love is so inspiring and relatable, lmao. i knew i wanted to edit a video describing their relationship and its development but couldn't find a fitting song for a long time, 'til i realized that this song provides the perfect backdrop for their "summer love story". modern baseball are an old favorite band of mine and this song is such a cute one that i hold very dear to my heart, and, well, it fit them perfect, what can i say.
so i started editing the video a few years ago but stopped after adding like 5 clips and came back to it a few months ago when i was at the height of my T7S obsession, and while i finished it a good month ago or so, i wasn't happy with it, so i kept tinkering with it, adding and changing certain clips and screwing around with the coloring (while editing this i learned that the sony glow effect/unsharp mask is PERFECT for live action colorings if you don't wanna use other peoples', which i didn't). finally today i rendered the last draft and figured it was good enough for my standards so here it is! i must say i'm proud of my work here. sure i used a few too many kissing clips, and i got a little lazy with the voice over at the end, but i overall like my clip choice and the video's flow, and that's most important to me.
i know that this video might not get a lot of attention since i'm mostly known for my animash, but i hope that it draws a lot of T7S fans out of hiding. if you like this show, PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO TALK TO ME ABOUT IT. i'll deadass add people on discord just to talk about my favorite shows and i feel like i can't really talk about this show to anybody :( if i'm lucky maybe the style of this video will draw people to it and it'll blow up, you never know, haha
hope y'all like this, i put my heart into it. i definitely recommend this show, it's such a treasure to watch for the first time and just continues to get better. i also recommend this band, modern baseball have my heart.
