The Weeble provides GREATLY better turning than a hoverbike and tests have shown that it is also faster than a hoverbike in several aspects. It's stable in land, air and water environments and tends to stabilize itself even if you capsize it or drop it out of the air. The downsides are the higher zonaite cost, extra part/s and being less compact to fit through smaller spaces, as well as needing railing which isn't an early-game item. If you're after high performance though, this is an excellent candidate!
