This uses 2 infinite balloons and is balanced well enough to easily maintain your Zonai cells in spite of using 3 emitters (2 flame/1 shock). Additional wood is added to enhance lift and provide passive suspension in the air. There's sufficient weight to come down (gently) when you want to at a sensible reasonable speed.
Hyrule Engineering has confirmed I'm on to something here but now is a matter of losing the heavy motor for a small wheel propeller engine (for those who don't mind using wood in a fire build).

This is an 18 zonaite build but it wont cost more than 12 zonaite because you need the physical Infinity Wing & Infinity Balloon to make good use of this.
This is an example of how simply you can make an efficient aircraft if you possess both an Infinity Wing & Infinity Balloon.
There are ways to add/improve features or turn better, this is just a very easy solution (well easy once you have your Infinity stuff).
You can SLIGHTLY improve torch (or whatever material) performance by placing it higher but if you place it too high its harder to light.
