The Way Astronomers Model Plasma in Space is FLAWED - A Critique of MHD
While doing some research and reading some of Hannes Alfvens papers I came across a paper that Hannes quoted, written by Heikkilla. Alfven was particularly disappointed that years after Heikkilas paper nothing had changed and the rather magical idea of frozen in magnetic fields and magnetic reconnection were still being used to explain certain phenomena. In order to understand why this is an issue, I felt it important to cover Heikkilas paper which covers the main problem with magnetohydrodynamics.
