A Galaxy at the start of the Universe formed and died before it should have even existed!

We have only recently talked about galaxies that defied conventional Galaxy evolution. I have also talked about the oldest galaxies they have observed seemingly being too advanced and containing stars that have too much metal for such an early period of the Universe. Of course this is all based on the idea that redshift can only tell you distance and hence age. Well once more scientist have found a galaxy that is so old and yet seems to have formed completely evolved all by itself in almost no time whatsoever. Lets take a walk down the Big Bangs crumpling road
