The Office has met with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, New Zealand’s top EPO applicant, in the context of its Quality Action Plan. The meeting was followed by a session for examiners working in fields related to respiratory support.
Jon Harwood, General Manager of Intellectual Property, Sam Lees, Senior Intellectual Property Advisor and Niko Alexas, Intellectual Property Manager, sat down for a short interview covering topics such as quality, patent examination and respiratory care technology.
