Here's The Visionary, the Elusive Target Arcade based on the Herbalist elusive target.
Two leftover methods before I've even done anything to have things left over from.
I replayed the first level multiple times before realizing that distracting guards with shots caused the 'Picture in Picture' feature to not function and I had to alter my method of entry.
I really want the kill cam to appear most of the time, wish there was an option to force it.
The water balloon from the second method is paid DLC that was released the same time as this elusive target. I knew IOI was eventually going to add something to create water puddles with, but I expected it to be the Freelancer water canister as a reward for completing some challenge. I still expect that to happen as well someday, but the water balloon is actually much more useful so I'm fine with waiting.
