Although I dont actually think theres true RNG involved in this one, it still feels close enough to RNG :P. If you get a little lucky, you can get a great time on this one. Especially if you use the Prototype Position Rewinder!

Were BACK! I’m easing myself back into making Bootts Bad Builds in the END OF DRAGONS ERA with a nice lil PvP Catalyst build. It’s *shocking* how many auras you can put out there with it.
Also, I really want to try STACKING these catalysts to see how much lockdown potential you can get.
