Although I don't actually think there's true RNG involved in this one, it still feels close enough to RNG :P. If you get a little lucky, you can get a great time on this one. Especially if you use the Prototype Position Rewinder!
My fastest run starts around 11:50

Also, I really want to try STACKING these catalysts to see how much lockdown potential you can get.
