Filmed amidst the stunning natural backdrop of Sugarite Canyon, Erin’s personal favorite class is designed as your ultimate total-body reset. This is perfect whether you're starting your morning, taking a midday break, or releasing energy moving into the evening.
In just 25 well-crafted minutes, this fun and fast-moving flow seamlessly blends functional strengthening, joint mobility, deep stretching, and steady breathwork. The class begins with side stretches and a hold in bear pose to fire up the core. At the beginning you can expect energizing Sun Salutations with dynamic transitions. We will move through a sequence with featured posed Crescent Lunge, Warrior II, Horse with heel lifts. Deepen the heat with Extended Side Angle (optional bind!). Elevate your practice with balancing peak poses Half Moon and Sugar Cane alongside playful, strength-building Twisting Chair variations. Wind down with a deep Pigeon hold on both sides to release the hips, Happy Baby, gentle supine twists, and a well-deserved Savasana.
