The Naval Slop Contracts bounce between specific detail and no detail. The leather cap is a great example of this. If I make another there are a few minor details I'd change, but I'm very confident that this is at least close to what the original looked like. Sadly it's an example of an item we have few or no images of, or actual artifacts.
