Alright
Coppelia is R11 , Psychube not the best for Dmg, the one she is using is also not maxed Lvl and is A1
The Twins here R10, but Psychube is maxed Lvl, A5 as well.
In the first Ult, there is also a dmg cap, meaning if it didn't cap, The Twins may or may not end up doing more dmg, because the difference is less than a Mil score. The additionally DMG + Hedone's Ult may be well an additional 1 Mil score.
So either way, The Twins is still overall a better unit. For multiple enemies, the Twins will perform better as shown from my previous comparison of their performance in Focused Flashback, Coppelia managed to clear in 6 rounds but the Twins were faster at 5.
So don't worry about it, The Twins is still meta lol
FYI, I also did another rotation, where I use Hedone's card 1 round earlier to trigger more Polymeric Ray but I kept getting insufficient energy (12) for The Twins' Ult.
Then I try on another run, to use more Double Energy 1 round before Ult, so The Twins can gain up to 18 energy and do 1 more polymeric ray, while Hedone's Special Energy Card is used for The Twins Ult. The score is actually quite similar to this run itself.
*Also I messed up the order to trigger Hedona Ult and the Twin's somewhere is the middle of the fight, round 13-15.
I suppose to Ult with the Twins first then Hedone but in the end I forgot to change the Ult position and Hedone Ult first.
But I found out, it wasn't a problem as the next Hedone Ult compounded the Twins' Ult dmg that I missed.
Hedone Ult genesis dmg was doing
500k, 250k (because I missed Twins' Ult), 680k (the dmg I missed is included here, that's why it did more dmg), 400k and so on

Okay, she gained stacks of [Progressive iteration] which will change to [Design Revision] that enhances her Riposte.
So, this means that Ezio Riposte will directly enhance her DMG.
But compared to the run I did using Lopera, Lopera providing Crit and Crit Dmg is simply better.
Ezio is also quite AP hungry to be effective and that competes with Cornerstone. (I say this without testing what if I just focus more on Ezio, and let Cornerstone charge up to 5 stacks of [Design Revision]. I doubt it is better but worth a try).
Perhaps, Ezio 1-3 is better, thx to Andy for suggesting it The Knight and the Assassin - Cornerstone - Focused Flashback - Reverse 1999](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/koyUTw1GIio/mqdefault.jpg)

I did 3 Tests, Hissabeth is core so she is permanent, then I use J for Dmg boost. So I switch between Rhiannon, Melania, and Eagle. This account doesnt have Druvis E2, so I didnt try.
4:30 Rhiannon
Highest Dmg Ult - 700k
By Round 5 - 3.2 M Score
By Round 13 - 13.1 M Score
25:40 Melania
Highest Dmg Ult - 450k
By Round 5 - 2.7 M Score
By Round 13 - 9.3 M Score
43:55
Highest Dmg Ult - 850k
By Round 5 - 4.5 M Score
Surprisingly, Silverwing Eagle team does the most dmg due to the additional [Negative Status] but Eagle here is a little too weak (defense wise) so I didnt continue with the run after Round 4.
But that team does the most dmg and hits the highest Score.
Melania allows Noire to quickly regain moxie and start gaining Flowing Inspiration stacks, but lack of DMG boost compared to the other two. Also it was slower to set up Melania. The overall dmg output and score is the lowest. But at least Noire Crits.
Rhiannon is good but the lack of crit end up making Noire missing so many crit. Either change to crit sustain like Marsha (next I might try with different sustain, but I will wait for new related to Narcissus). Nevertheless, the more stable team now for Noire is with Rhiannon.

Melania Moxie overflow easily allows Noire to stack up to 10 moxies.
After she Ult, she immediately regains 5 Moxies allowing her to start converting [Genius Idea] to [Flowing Inspiration].
Allowing her to comfortably do 3 rounds rotation, unless you get very unlucky with [Genius Idea] Conversion.
Also possible to even do 2 rounds, but her buffs will likely be at lower stacks, so 3 rounds would generally be more ideal.
Somewhat, she also feels like she is designed for Focused Flashback as normal gameplay.

Round 2: Get 5 moxie

0:00 Rhiannon
I just did 10 Rounds, taking too long to do a comparison using Raid :(
This team scored 13 M in 10 Rounds.
16:00 Moldir
With Moldir the team scored 15.1 M in 10 Rounds. I didnt manage to use Igors S1 else it should be a higher score.
But this test further shows that Moldir is now better than Rhiannon for Igors team.
*Note
But again, this fight doesnt favour J Ulting every round because his [Burn] stacks got cleansed, he can regain 30-35 before his next Ult but if we spam his Ult every round, his damage will be lower. I guess the Dev designed this stage so that we cant abuse his DPS mode.
So meaning to say, if his Burn is not cleansed and he can Ult more frequently like what I did in Focused Flashback, this team would do more dmg. Igor Team Comparison Part 2 (Insatiable Bloodsucker Type II) - Rhiannon Vs Moldir - Reverse 1999](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/l7eTrKKYEgw/mqdefault.jpg)
