The Second Ult I got confused with J's Ult buff, so I waited another round before casting Noire's Ult eventhought she already gain 4 stacks of Flowing Inspiration
Basically now, her Genius Idea has a 6% chance per stack to convert to Flowing Inspiration.
Even if you failed to convert, she by default will generate 1 Flowing Inspiration if she have 5 or more Genius Idea. Then she confuse 5 stacks.
This means 5 stacks can sometime generate 1 OR 2 Flowing Inspiration if we are Lucky.
4 Flowing Inspiration means 4 more Ults, total 5 Ults.
The first Ult is the weakest and then it becomes stronger up to 3 times. meaning the 4th and 5th Ult will be hitting the hardest.
The concept in playing Noire is quite similar to Windsong is that we also want to raise her buff that gives her 6% Crit and 12% Ult might per stack up to 10 stacks. She gains this when Ally uses Ult.
This is where Hissabeth comes in and easily grants her the buff since Hissabeth does 3 Ult every round.
Then she wants negative status, in this set up I only managed 7, her kit allows up to 10 stacks.
I didn't use Anjo, because I think Anjo making her Ult every round doesn't seem quite effective and she needs moxie to convert but Anjo doesn't allow her to gain moxie. so No Anjo for Noire :(.
