Regulus took 7+1 rounds (+1 due to Rhiannon)

and The Twins took 5 rounds, technically without even needing Rhiannon +1.

So 8 Vs 5 rounds is a huge difference.

In this stage, yes, The Twins get +10% Atk while Regulus didn't, but it won't really change the outcome that much.

So guess what! if you have The Twins, you don't need to build Regulus Euphoria at all! Save up those materials.

I am still going to unlock it though, for content purposes :(
