Unlike similar single-stage pokemon like Snorlax and Lapras, Tropius dares to break the mold by being absolute trash. GameFreak has shown that they can buff bad pokemon, either with direct stat buffs or evolutions, but it's been TWENTY years and Tropius still REEKS.
