Here is another obscure Christmas 'toon, taken from the same Christmas VHS tape set as the Soulmates cartoon, "Christmas Cartoon Adventures" by Questar Video.
This special also appears to be Canadian in origin. The animation director of the Soulmates special, Chris Schouten, is listed as an animator in this special. Among him and the other animators is another notable individual, Michael Sporn. Sporn would be later known for running an independent animation studio in NYC which would be responsible for storybook adaptations for Weston Woods (Scholastic), Golden Books, and HBO, among other cool things.
Roger Miller is the storyteller, and the voice cast consists of Hans Conreid, Paul Soles, Len Carlson, Billie Mae Richards, and Carl Banas.
