As part of Toyota’s activity in the UK, the Toyota Lean Management Centre (TLMC) transfers the skills and management best practices based on the highly acclaimed and successful Toyota Production System (TPS) and global Toyota Way management concepts. To coincide with the UK Lean Summit in April 2026, the TLMC team will show how Toyota applies these concepts in-house with Lean Practice Days at Burnaston and Deeside. We will discuss the application using the 5 dimensions of the Lean Transformation Framework - value, the work, capability, management and behaviours and underlying thinking and culture - sharing some of the golden nuggets you will see in practice.
