Well off the beaten path there lies a grotto that is home to one of the strangest creatures in myth and legend. Unfortunately the story leaves many questions unanswered. Is the creature man, monster, or somewhere in between? If it isn't human, or at least a creature of equal sentience, then who constructed the altar, and for what purpose? Is the beast as insidious as its cloven hooves would suggest. If anyone has any thoughts, post them in the comments below.
