The tests that God brings you through are always for the purpose of preparing you for the assignment He has for you. The affirmation and encouragement of those around you is important, but God’s voice must be foremost as you navigate the path ahead. There will always be the temptation to settle for less than what you are called to, but keeping your heart positioned in obedience to God will prepare you to step into and steward well the promotion when it comes.
