The Week I Review | The Ten Best Films of the 2010s @TheWeekIReview | Uploaded December 2019 | Updated October 2024, 5 hours ago.
The 2010s were a really great decade for movies, but they were also the time that I became a critic and ended up on the path that led me to this YouTube channel. My equivalent list for the 2000s, were I to have made one in 2009, would have been pretty standard nonsense stuff.

I made an effort to diversify this list, and I'm hoping that there some things you haven't heard of or have but never got around to checking out that maybe this will push you to do. While there are many critically acclaimed films on this list, I guarantee you that no one else has all of these on theirs... and there are two entries that I genuinely believe that no one else has on their lists (and one entry that I'm 100% sure that's the case for).

On top of the 10 official selections, there are a handful of honorable mentions. Even if you can recognize all of the posters in the thumbnail (and if you do, great job!), there will still be some films you don't know that I'm going to talk about in there. How exciting!
