Today we're making a Ti' Punch! Don't let the name confuse you, this isn't a traditional punch and doesn't contain tea. Instead it may be one of the strongest and simplest summer sippers you'll ever make. You won't need a shaking tin, a mixing glass, or even any ice.
Made with rhum agricole, lime, and cane syrup, Ti' Punch is one of the most iconic rum cocktails in the French Caribbean islands. It’s the national cocktail of both Martinique and Guadeloupe, and although everyone has their own preferred balance, many believe there's only one "right" way to make it.
