Today we're addressing that bottle of sweet vermouth taking up room in your fridge! Seeing how it doesn't keep forever, I thought a few classic drink ideas to use it up might be helpful. Here are some of my favorites beyond the popular Manhattan and Negroni. From sweet to sour, strong to session-able -each drink calls for a different base spirit. 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters (2 dashes from a larger bottle)
