For whatever reason, if you bring Marle (aka Nadia (aka Updog)) to the Dorino Inn in 600 AD - AND you do not have a Power Meal in your inventory - you will gain ONE Power Meal if you stay the night.

None of the NPCs mention anything about it. There is no notification or text to inform you that it happens. It just appears in your inventory. I have no clue how you're supposed to know about this. Maybe there's a hint about it somewhere?
