It's been a long time coming, and I'm really bad at keeping secrets. This video took 9 months to make, and yet it contains a pair of some of the quickest Full Odds hunts in the entire Alola dex so far. I also yap a lot about Type: Null, Gladion, Silvally, and Rainbow Rocket.

So about that thing that Gladion said, how he stole Null two years ago. I've played Gen 7 so many times, but never as slowly as I've been progressing through these files for this series. By the time I had reached that point in the game, it had been almost two years for me as well. I like to imagine that the pace at which I have been progressing through the game is close to the canonical progression of time for the characters, as well. It would make sense that Gladion stole Null close to the start of the game, as it's a low level when you meet him. It was a really special moment for me when he said that in this playthrough, it made me stop and reflect about this as if it were a real Pokémon journey. I'm glad that I too got to have a journey with my own Type: Null that lasted far longer than it appears to viewers of the series like you. That's just very neat to me.
