Here is a link to the mod. It's literally just a single file called '9'. What you do (assuming you already have custom firmware and game patching enabled in your luma menu) is navigate to your 3ds' SD card - go to the 'luma' folder (if you do not have one, create one), and then go to the 'titles' folder (again, if you do not have one, create one, this goes for all future folders [name them exactly as I type them here]), then if you are installing for Ultra Sun, go to or create a folder named EXACTLY: '00040000001B5000', then a folder called 'romfs' then 'a' then '1' then '5'. That final folder '5' is where you will place the downloaded file, '9'. For Ultra Moon, the process is the same, but that folder with a long number name is instead '00040000001B5100'.

This was tested with Ultra Sun, so proceed with caution for Ultra Moon. I recommend making save backups with checkpoint either way. This will not mod the cartridge, by the way, just the system, so if you place the cartridge in a different system, or disable game patching, you'll have regular wormholes back!
