Terrence LeVarr Thornton (born May 13, 1977),[2] better known by his stage name Pusha T,[3] is an American rapper, songwriter and record executive. He rose to prominence as one-half of the hip hop duo Clipse, which was mainly active from 1994 to 2010, alongside his older brother No Malice. As Clipse, the two released three studio albums and a number of mixtapes, and had hit singles including Grindin and When the Last Time (both 2002). They also founded the label Re-Up Records and the fashion label Play Cloths.
In September 2010, Pusha T signed to Kanye Wests GOOD Music imprint, under the aegis of Def Jam Recordings. Later that year, he was featured on Wests single Runaway, which peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2011, he released his first solo project, the mixtape Fear of God. He released his debut solo album, My Name Is My Name, in 2013. In November 2015, Kanye West appointed Pusha T to take over his role as president of GOOD Music. Pusha T has since then released three more solo albums: King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude (2015), Daytona (2018), and Its Almost Dry (2022), all of which received widespread acclaim; the latter was Pusha Ts first number one debut on the Billboard 200.[4]

Justin Drew Bieber (/ˈbiːbər/ BEE-bər; born March 1, 1994)[2][3] is a Canadian singer. Regarded as a pop icon, he is recognized for his multi-genre musical performances.[4][5] He was discovered by record executive Scooter Braun in 2008 and brought to the United States by singer Usher, both of whom formed the record label RBMG Records to sign Bieber in October of that year. His debut extended play (EP), My World (2009), was met with international recognition and established him as a teen idol.
Bieber was ushered into mainstream stardom with his teen pop debut album, My World 2.0 (2010), which debuted atop the US Billboard 200 and made him the youngest solo male act to do so in 47 years.[6] Its lead single, Baby (featuring Ludacris), became one of the best selling singles of all time.[7] His second album, Under the Mistletoe (2011), became the first Christmas album by a male artist to debut atop chart.[8] Bieber explored dance-pop on his third album, Believe (2012); its acoustic re-release made him the first artist in Billboard history to have five US number-one albums by the age of 18.[9]
Bieber explored EDM with his 2015 single Where Are Ü Now, which won the Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Recording.[10][11] The genre influenced his fourth album, Purpose (2015), which produced three Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles: Love Yourself, Sorry, and What Do You Mean?. The trio of hits made him the first musical act to simultaneously hold the top three spots in UK chart history. In 2017, Biebers guest singles Im the One by DJ Khaled and Despacito by Luis Fonsi both peaked the Billboard Hot 100, making him the first artist to replace himself atop chart with new songs in two consecutive weeks.[12] The latter earned him a Latin Grammy Award. His R&B-inspired fifth album, Changes (2020) and sixth album, Justice (2021) both topped the Billboard 200. The latter included the single Peaches (featuring Daniel Caesar and Giveon), and he broke Elvis Presleys 1965 record for the youngest solo act to have eight US number-one albums. His eighth US number-one single, Stay (with the Kid Laroi), was released that same year.
Bieber is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, with estimated units of over 150 million records worldwide. He is credited with five diamond certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[13] Biebers various awards include 2 Grammy Awards, 1 Latin Grammy Award, 8 Juno Awards, 2 Brit Awards, 26 Billboard Music Awards, 18 American Music Awards, 22 MTV Europe Music Awards (the most wins for any artist), 23 Teen Choice Awards (the most wins for a male individual), and 33 Guinness World Records. Time named Bieber one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2011, and he was included on Forbes list of the top ten most powerful celebrities in 2011, 2012, and 2013.[14] He was named the eighth-greatest pop star of the 21st century by Billboard.
