This high-quality 60i master of the start of the fire portion of the Brian Butler recording on February 20, 2003 at The Station Night Club in West Warwick, Rhode Island was released to me by the National Institute of Standards and Technology through the Freedom of Information Act. The censorship was not done by me, and I do have an appeal in to the Department of Commerce to reduce or remove the redactions.
On the evening of February 20, 2003, a fire occurred at The Station, a nightclub and music venue in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States, killing 100 people and injuring 230. During a concert by the rock band Jack Russell's Great White, an offshoot of the original Great White band, a pyrotechnic display ignited flammable acoustic foam in the walls and ceilings surrounding the stage. Within six minutes, the entire building was engulfed in flames. The fire remains the deadliest firework accident in U.S. history and the fourth-deadliest nightclub fire in U.S. history. It was also the second-deadliest nightclub fire in New England, behind the 1942 Cocoanut Grove fire.

David Parker Ray (November 6, 1939 – May 28, 2002), also known as the Toy-Box Killer, was an American kidnapper, torturer, rapist and suspected serial killer. Though no bodies were found, Ray was accused by his accomplices of killing several women, and was suspected by the police to have murdered as many as sixty women from Arizona and New Mexico while living in Elephant Butte, approximately seven miles north of Truth or Consequences.
Ray soundproofed a semi-trailer, which he called his toy box, and equipped it with items used for sexual torture. He would kidnap between five and six women a year, holding each of them captive for around three to four months. During this period he would sexually abuse his victims, sometimes involving his dog or his wife (who participated willingly in her husbands crimes), and often torture them with surgical instruments. Then Ray would drug them with barbiturates in an attempt to erase their memories of what had happened before abandoning them by the side of the road.
Ray was convicted of kidnapping and torture in 2001, for which he received a lengthy sentence, but he was never convicted of murder. He died of a heart attack about one year after his convictions in two cases (the second of which resulted in a plea deal).
In obtaining 2000 pages of documents from the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and Federal Bureau of Investigation, I discovered transcripts of other tapes the Toy Box Killer recorded throughout the 1980s and 1990s. This tape is a graphic tape about a prostitute Ray would do business with and abuse in Arizona. This is a reconstruction using 11.ai, as the tape is presently unavailable for listening.")

Between February 26, 1982 and November 14, 2019, the Pilgrim Nuclear Generating Station tested its warning siren system annually, usually in November. Most years, it would be tested at 3:45 PM. This was the case for this test.
This 612 was installed circa 1998, as the Pilgrim system was starting to be modernized. The original system of 408s and 115s was installed in 1982, and between 2003 and 2007, were all ripped and replaced with 612s and Modulators.")

This programme tells the story of a group of children who decide to use a railway line as a short cut home. One child does not make it across the tracks, being killed by a train.
Includes interviews with train drivers whose trains have killed trespassers, police officers who have had to clear up the aftermath and inform relatives and, finally, with the mother of a teenage victim. The story and the interviews leave the viewer with a clear message not to trespass upon railway property and lines.
