The Star Adding Machine was made by the Todd Protectograph Company from 1922 till 1928 in various versions. Between 1918 and 1922 it was made by the Accounting Machine Corporation and called the AMCO Adding Machine, but they then sold the rights to the Todd Company. From 1926 till 1928 it was called the Todd Visible Adding Machine, and then it stopped being made.
