Today I am creating large Tropical luxury Home for Sulani on the 30x40 Size lot right on the beach!
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, office, natural swimming pool, basement with a second living room with large TV.
In the basement there is also a laundry room, gym, sauna and bathrooms.
