Today I am creating a Tiny Coastal Dream House for up to 8 Sims. This house is also pet friendly, so perfect for cat and dog lovers. The house also has lots of activities for your Sims to enjoy like a study, Arts & Crafts table, Easel for painting, guitar, gardening area and swimming pool. And I also fit in a laundry maschine an dryer!

There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This house is created on a 20x30 size lot, created for Windenburg island.
The house is 100 Tiles big.
