This video is an exploration of the interiors of Level 3 of The Simpsons Hit and Run.
You can get in all of these places through normal gameplay, but there are two main benefits, as far as I can see, of getting to them through the out of bounds area.
The first is that you get to see where these interiors actually sit on the level - they're not actually where the buildings are, but out of the playable map. And also, you can jump inside these areas, when you can't when you enter them normally.
This means you can jump through the roof and into parts of the interiors you weren't meant to explore.
