In January 2022 COO Jennifer Saxman was promoted to CEO. Jennifer will run the day-to-day business at Bild & Co while Traci shifts the Companies consulting and advisory services into the Life Plan, multifamily, active adult, and apartment sector; helping companies to scale smart and profitably through her legendary Bild Sales System and her new Bild Culture System.
