Main things to improve are to command the archers more efficiently to infiltrate the gate faster, and to build the pharmacy sooner. This mission can clearly go below 26 minutes, maybe even below 25.

This video showcases a setup for the first red coin in Final Tragedys red coin star, which was previously TASed by sm64expert (https://youtu.be/TGOG1aS5IYY ). Thanks to mc redstoner (https://youtu.be/xLveYGlwXNc ) for bringing this to my attention.
Instructions:
- Start walking forward.
- Using a pause buffer, turn right for 2 frames.
- Using jumpkicks to conserve your angle, make your way to the back corner of the doorframe.
- Turn the camera back to where it started.
- Jump.
- As youre landing, start holding right (4 frame window).
- Doublejump and pause on the 6th frame *[frame-perfect].*
- Hold forward, then unpause with A.
- Pause again on the frame before landing *[frame-perfect].*
- Hold left, then unpause and immediately press C-left and A *[frame-perfect].*
- Pause on the last frame before hitting the corner *[frame-perfect].*
- Hold slightly upleft *[roughly 5° range],* then press A (3+ frame window).
- Release the joystick and press C-right (not precise).
- At the peak of your wallkick, flick right and pause (not precise).
- Hold forward, then unpause and press C-right and A (3+ frame window).
- Just before hitting the ground, groundpound (3+ frame window, 4+ if your other inputs were excellent).

Too hard for me to try this RTA so I did it with savestates and at 60% speed. This only differs from drunkrazys route between 1:12 and 2:37, and even there it is based on his 182 star route.

I added this combo into my 115 star route because there are many fast stars that Im less confident in. When actually executing the combo, it was faster than I expected, so I decided to make an idealrun of it to analyze whether it could be implemented into even a WR-level 115 star run.
Obviously since this was done with frame advance and savestates, it is likely infeasible to match. Still, if a top-level runner could reliably do this combo in just over 4 minutes, it might just make the cut. Remember that a 100c combo collects 2 stars while only having 1 reentry rather than 2.")

This run was exactly what I had hoped my first run might optimistically be: Multiple personal bests, keeping it together until the end, and a roughly 11 hour time.
I kind of had to do this since my first run had a kind of choppy recording that failed to process after uploading (maybe I closed the upload too early).
Six players have previously completed the Scrubs Challenge, which consisted of Star Revenges 1-8, but without SR0 and with only one act of SR2.
Additionally, all except KingToad64 (https://youtu.be/1dX0VKuadmM ) ran on a mix of latest and original Star Revenges, rather than settling for one or the other.

Pretty inconsistent, Id maybe get this about 5-10% of the time. The setup can certainly be refined, this is mostly just a proof of concept.
Yesterday, Bubzias chat saw the topic of 70 star CCC, and we concluded that it would be ridiculously infeasible if the run forcibly died the instant a coin is touched (Remember that in Blindfolded, you cant see whether youre in a slightly wrong position and about to touch a coin).
In addition, there are only 81 theoretically possible and only 72-77 RTA-viable stars, and the additional restriction of blindfolded gameplay would most likely put the challenge completely off-limits.
So instead, we came up with CCC*, with the C* meaning coinscoreless: Dont save a nonzero coin score, and you must save at 70 stars.
This means that a runner could hear that they accidentally collected a coin and simply exit the course, or they could reset the game if they hear a coin count up after collecting a star.
This variation also unlocks up to 6 red coin stars in side courses (BitDW, BitFS, WC, MC, VC, SA). However, collecting all 8 red coins in TotWC without a wingcap refill seems far off-limits for Blindfolded, and so the variation only adds 5 extra stars in practice.
Heres a spreadsheet estimating how much difficulty the CCC* challenge adds for each star in the game, excluding 100c stars for obvious reasons:

Achieving a swimming speed of 12.049 (12B swimming) and collecting a boxed red coin in Wet-Dry World without the A button, and without speed conservation from a Chuckya throw.
This video uses TAS. An RTA setup might be attempted by terminating a 0.5xA swim into 1-3 punches (the second and third one being frame-perfect if needed), and performing the clip that way. Punches are needed as A swimming bounces off floors, losing Marios pitch, and 11+ speed is needed because Marios intended next position must be 10+ units below the bottom of the box wall triangles.
This find is expected to allow for a faster, overflow-less route for the red coin star. It would go as follows:
1. Despawn some objects in the main area to manipulate slots for cloning
2. Clone the box on the orange building, then collect its red coin
3. Lower the water to about -250 (from -127) in order to unlock 12B swimming on the floors next to the high crystal
4. Use the 12B swim to clip into the alcove box and collect its red
5. Lower the water to about -640 in order to break the box on the brown building
6. Raise the water back to about -250 to unlock 12B swimming once again, collecting the reds on the brown and the red building for air
7. Raise the water to about +3500 to swim from the lower crystal to the white building
8. Collect the reds on the white building, grey building, downtown walls, and the star.
This video showcases steps 3 and 4. Step 2 is yet to be confirmed. My estimate for the length of this route is around 40-60 minutes, though the exact pace of 12B water raising is unknown.
The previous fastest route was estimated to take about 114 minutes. It would have used water overflow (https://youtu.be/-KLYv86Ntl4 ), water lowering (https://youtu.be/zjdkGWJcDVw ), and a Chuckya boost at the start (https://youtu.be/oQX6OJpaOdM ).
For this video, I assumed that keeping 16 speed from the Chuckya boost through step 2 is not possible, though it is likely that we actually can. However, keeping 16 speed through step 5 does not seem possible.
While hitting the water changer is actually useful for step 6, it is slightly detrimental for step 3 so I expect the final TAS to replace its usage with the oscillating water cycle.
I proposed this route before even finding this clip, as I expected a skeeter bounce + star dance clip to also let us obtain this red coin. A skeeter bounce would have been a headache, however, as the skeeter doesnt feel very lurable. Having to spawn a 100 coin star would have also limited step 1.")
