***Ingredients***

**For the meatballs**
1kg Beef
1 medium Onions
B10
Chilli Mix
1 Egg
2tbsp Bread crumbs
Salt tt

**For cooking the rice**
4 cups Jasmine Rice
Beef/Vegetable/Chicken Stock
Dark Soy Sauce

**Vegetables**
Carrots - Shredded
Cabbage - shredded/Julienne
1 bulbGarlic - Julienne
80- 100g Ginger - Julienne
1 Red (bell) Pepper
1Green (bell) Pepper
Spring onions/Scallions to garnish

**Sauces**
A mixture of Oyster and Sou sauce
