Description
Looking for the best Ghanaian Kontomire Stew recipe? In today's video, I'm sharing my ultimate version by combining two traditional cooking methods into one rich, flavour-packed stew.
Instead of choosing between ground kontomire or sliced kontomire with egusi (agushi), I use both techniques to create a stew that's creamy, hearty, and bursting with authentic Ghanaian flavour.

***This recipe is perfect with:
Boiled yam (ampesi)
Plantain
Cocoyam
Rice
Boiled cassava

🌿 Why This Recipe Is Different
In many Ghanaian homes, Kontomire Stew is prepared in different ways.
Some families grind the kontomire leaves for a smooth, rich texture.
Others slice the leaves and add egusi (agushi) for extra texture and nuttiness.
In this recipe, I combine both methods to create one delicious, authentic stew that gives you the best of both worlds.
