Congress votes on crypto September 15. The SEC is voting this Friday.

The SEC put the notice up on August 10 for a meeting this Friday the 14th. One thing on the agenda. Whether to propose new rules for how crypto projects sell tokens.

That is 32 days before the Senate votes.

The Clarity Act is the permanent version. It sorts every coin into two piles, one the SEC watches and one the CFTC watches. The SEC's move is the temporary one and it opens for public comment before anything is final.

Even the SEC chairman says the law matters more. His words. Statute is the way to future proof something.

But a list like this needs context. Cheap in trading does not mean a low price per coin. Were not shopping for underwear. If a bag costs ten dollars and you find it for two, thats cheap. Crypto doesnt work like that. A coin can sit at a fraction of a penny and never move. A coin can cost a lot and move fast. The price of one coin is just the total value divided by how many coins exist. So when somebody types in a supply of trillions of tokens, the price per coin has to be tiny. Thats not a discount, thats arithmetic. And most of the time its marketing. This is one real difference between crypto and the stock market. A public company cant invent ten trillion new shares to make its price look small. In crypto anybody can. What cheap actually means to a trader is small with room to grow. Youre looking at the liquidity pool against the real value the coin produces. If the pool is small compared to what the thing is genuinely worth, thats cheap. Thats fundamental analysis. Not the number of zeros after the decimal. Follow for the next one.$
